In a live session, either via Zoom or in person*, Irene will review the intake form in detail with the seeker, and together they will craft a list of questions and/or intentions for the session.
The seeker will become comfortable and relaxed before Irene will guide them into a deeper state of relaxation through a meditation.
In this relaxed state, the seeker’s subconscious mind will bring forth memories, information, and guidance to support a deeper understanding, rebalancing, release, and healing.
Irene will facilitate Quantum Healing that is appropriate and consented to, including the severing of cords, attachments, contracts/ vows/ agreements, current/ past/ ancestral life trauma, and more.

What are the Akashic Records?
The Akashic Records are considered to be the energetic imprint, file, or record, of all that has ever been and the possibilities of all that could ever be. Every thought, word, intention, action, and embodiment in creation has a unique vibrational signature. By tuning into that signature, readers open themselves up to receive information concerning the history and meaning of anything’s existence. This can uncover a deeper understanding of “why” for further soul integration.
Knowledge from the Akashic Records is only ever shared from a place of unconditional love to support the highest timeline of the seeker and highest good of all beings. Anyone receiving a reading is free to accept or reject guidance as their freewill is intact and actionable according to their own desires.
How does someone enter or access the records?
Anyone who can get themselves into the proper vibrational state can “enter” the records. The Akashic Records are believed to exist in higher-dimensional planes. Although they manifest energetically, many visualize the records as a physical place, like a library, with many floors, filled with endless files, records, and books. There are sections of this “library” where specific categories may best suit a particular individual’s needs. The most appropriate, helpful, and healing information is made available upon request. Energetically speaking, it is the Higher Selves of the individual seeking a reading and of the reader who are entering the records, surrounded by angels, guides, and loved ones.
What kinds of people seek Akashic Records readings?
When someone struggles to connect with the small, quiet voice within, the Akashic Records are there to offer confirmation and guidance. This can be incredibly supportive for anyone seeking unknown answers, looking to validate their intuitive senses, searching for direction during difficult times, or pursuing specific strategies to inspire step-by-step action, change, and transformation. Seekers do not need to be of a particular spiritual or religious belief. The Akashic Records are available for everyone and anyone. They know, love, and wish to best support you on your life journey.
What kinds of questions are asked?
In general, I ask “seekers” to provide me with 3 – 5 questions that summarize categories in their lives that they could use further support in. If we think about the records as a vast collection of information, it is important to ask specific questions to ensure the most helpful information is brought forth. For example, if someone feels lost in their life and they are seeking direction, we may ask the question, “What is this person’s life purpose in this embodiment?”. Just like when entering a question in a search engine, keywords can be important, and follow-up questions may flow naturally. I may choose to ask additional questions in the category provided by the seeker to ensure I am receiving as much helpful context as possible. These may sound something like…
“What are actionable steps this person can take to ensure they are moving towards implementing this life purpose?”
“What are signs they may encounter on their journey that can assure them they are on the right track?”
“Are they changes they can make today that will help to align them with the highest possible timeline?”
Categories may include family dynamics, work struggles, career goals, relationships, romantic partnerships, spiritual guidance, awakening, physical ailments and illnesses, limiting beliefs, patterns and themes, ancestral trauma, forgiveness, frustration, past life information, and more.

Q & A About Irene’s Methods
How do you prepare for a reading?
Preparations for offering an Akashic Records reading can begin 24 – 48 hours before the session itself. I am mindful of the food and beverage I put in my body and aim to get adequate and restful sleep, stay hydrated, and limit my interactions with certain kinds of media and content. This is an effort to remain as aligned a channel for the records as possible as the event itself requires vibrational elevation and energetic maintenance.
30 – 60 minutes before a reading, I cleanse and clear my work space, set protection for the space, myself, and the person I am reading for, move into a meditative state, and then enter the Akashic Records through prayer. Once I am in the records, I hit record on Zoom, and answer the questions one at a time.
At the end of the reading, I move through a cleansing and clearing followed by prayer, meditation, and rest. This process can take 30 – 90 minutes. Rest, recovery, and grounding are essential for both the reader and the seeker. It is advised that both drink plenty of water, eat live foods, relax, and spend time connecting with nature in some form.
What does a reading look like?
In general, most readings follow this format:
1. Welcome/ Introduction: I introduce myself and share my excitement and gratitude for connecting to the Akashic Records on behalf of the seeker. I explain how my eyes may close or open at times. I share how I will verbalize and narrate what is experienced throughout the session and how I may receive directly channeled messages, visions, an inner knowing, and/ or physical sensations.
2. Reading/ Asking Questions: As questions are either revealed to me via the seeker in the moment (live readings) or I engage with them one at a time as previously shared (pre-recorded), I energetically offer them to the Akashic Records who then provide the information and guidance that is most appropriate for the seeker. Frequently, I will ask follow-up questions to offer context and trust the records to reveal what is meant to be shared.
3. Conclusion/ Summary: I offer a summary of the questions asked and information received. The reading will end, and gratitude will be sent to the Akashic Records, the Higher Selves of all involved, Angels, God (Creator, Source), and any Ascended Masters who assisted.
4. Write-up/ Summary: 1 – 2 days after the reading, I re-watch the recording and transcribe/ summarize the reading into a document. The questions, their answers, the experiences, and the context are all listed. This write-up is sent to the seeker with a virtual recording of the reading.
What kinds of messages can come through?
All sorts of messages can come through, and the Akashic Records will determine the best way to communicate to the reader for the seeker’s sake. I often receive phrases, sentences, or direct responses to a question posed. I may then experience supportive information through either a vision, physical sensations, or an inner knowing. I verbalize each of these and differentiate what is directly channeled and what is offered as insightful context to support the seeker.
Can you see into past lives?
Yes, I have the ability to, through the records, peer into past lives that are either connected to an issue the seeker is experiencing or asking about. If details of this life are meant to be shared, then they will come forward to offer a deeper understanding and healing. If the seeker consents to it, and the reader is called, a Quantum Healing can then be offered to remove any root programming, vows, contracts, beliefs, or patterns that are causing harm to the seeker in this life.
What is Quantum Healing? Can it happen during a reading?
A Quantum Healing can involve identifying, dissolving, and removing any limiting pattern, belief, behavior, vow, or contract from a past or parallel life that is negatively impacting the current life of the seeker. The cleansing, mending, and reprogramming can then be implemented to offer the highest level of healing possible before being sealed.
Should I get an Akashic Records reading?
